Role Description The Public Relations Coordinator is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting PR initiatives that elevate Slate Brands and its portfolio of beauty brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and distributing press materials, coordinating media outreach, and managing press lists and contact databases. The coordinator will monitor media coverage, track campaign performance, and help prepare reports and recaps for internal stakeholders. This role collaborates closely with marketing,



brand, and talent teams to align messaging, support product launches, and coordinate participation in events or campaigns. The Public Relations Coordinator is expected to manage timelines, stay current on industry trends, and maintain consistent, professional communication with internal partners and external media contacts.
Qualifications
Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience supporting brand awareness and reputation-building efforts.
Ability to create and manage Press Releases and related PR materials that align with brand voice and campaign objectives.
Excellent Communication and Strategic Communications skills, including clear writing, concise messaging, and audience-focused storytelling.
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, media lists, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
