Overview
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager with a full-funnel and integrated vision of Social Media to lead major accounts and enhance the value of Social Media by contributing to brands’ business objectives.A client-oriented professional with in-depth knowledge of social platforms, storytelling, audiences, and social trends.A proactive individual with strong leadership skills, able to combine client relationship management with strategic vision and excellence in execution.
Responsibilities




Lead client communication on Social Media, participating in strategic meetings and presenting proposals and results.
Develop and implement comprehensive Social Media strategies aligned with business and communication objectives.
Coordinate and oversee strategy execution, Community Management, content ideation and production, influencer activity, and integration with Paid Media.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor and analyze results from a strategic perspective, and identify and apply key learnings.
Work closely with other departments, both within the agency and on the client side, to ensure the overall success of the strategy and consistency across all platforms.
Drive innovation by identifying new trends, developments, and opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and dynamic working environment.
Develop proposals and presentations for pitches.
