Role Description Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on real estate opportunities, guiding them through cross-border buying and selling processes, and supporting them in understanding local market conditions. The role involves managing client relationships, negotiating offers and contracts, coordinating property viewings,



and working closely with internal teams to leverage AnthroBot.ai’s tools and data. The Real Estate Partner & Advisors will also provide training and guidance to clients on using the platform, contributing feedback to improve the product, and maintaining accurate documentation of transactions and client interactions. This position is client-facing and requires proactive outreach, structured follow-up, and collaboration with colleagues to ensure smooth and successful deals.

Qualifications
Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including understanding of local and cross-border housing markets.
Sales and Negotiation skills to convert leads, secure agreements, and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Training experience to support and educate clients and colleagues on processes, tools, and best practices.
Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
