This is a highly strategic and operational role designed to amplify the CEO’s impact . Acting as a trusted advisor, thought partner, and execution leader, the Head of Corporate Development ensures alignment across teams, drives key initiatives, and translates strategy into measurable outcomes .
This role requires exceptional analytical ability, strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment .
As Head of Corporate Development these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role:
Strategic Execution & Business Operations
- Partner with the CEO to define and track strategic priorities.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Translate high-level strategy into operational plans and measurable KPIs.
- Prepare Comite materials, executive updates, and investor communications.
