Role Purpose
The Shoot Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of e-commerce shoots, which can take place every two weeks. Working closely with Buying, Styling, Model Booking,



Creative and external partners, they own the shoot critical path from pre-production through to final image delivery and online publication.

They will ensure products, models, studio teams, post-production and any required re-shoots are fully aligned, keeping timelines on track and ensuring high-quality imagery is delivered in line with agreed launch dates. The role also supports wider campaign production and provides day-to-day coordination and guidance to external support teams.

Role Responsibilities

Pre-Shoot Coordination
Coordinate the weekly flow of product samples for e-commerce shoots, ensuring products are available, prioritised and delivered in line with agreed shoot schedules and product launch dates.
Work closely with Stylists and the Model Booker to allocate products, models and styles in line with the brand vision.
