About the role
The Scrum Master Intern role exists to facilitate delivery efficiency within our current engagement for a Spanish financial services provider. As we support their transition through complex governance and operating model shifts, this position ensures that project workflows remain organized and transparent. You will act as a coordinator for the agile processes that keep our core mandates on track and aligned with the client goals.

What you will do
Support daily coordination meetings for the Spanish financial services mandate to ensure alignment on tasks.
Track the progress of specific workstreams within the project portfolio using internal tracking tools.
Help identify and remove small-scale operational hurdles that slow down the analysis team.
Document key decisions and action items from principal-led discussions with the client.
Maintain clear documentation of the project lifecycle, including delivery milestones and sprint backlogs.
