Reporting to the Director of Patient Operations, you will work on improving the productivity and operational organization of our clinics, helping to transform capacity analysis into concrete improvements in the way teams work and organize themselves. Your focus will be to understand how work is organized in the clinics — operating model, roles, shifts,



and task distribution — in order to identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions together with the local teams.
As part of a newly created team, you will play a key role in defining how we work with the clinics, along with the opportunity to lead high-impact projects within the organization. We are looking for someone curious, structured, proactive, and able to collaborate with and mobilize other teams.

What will your main responsibilities be?
Gain a deep understanding of how our clinics operate: workflows, roles, shifts, schedules, on-call coverage, coordination between teams, and local particularities
Conduct operational diagnostics in clinics through data analysis, interviews with teams, and direct observation of day-to-day operations
Design organizational improvement proposals: role review, task redistribution, coverage across time slots, and work models adapted to the size and complexity of each cl
