About the role
We're looking for a Head of Product Management to lead our product organization across Barcelona and Austin. You'll manage a distributed team of product managers, set the standard for how product gets built here, and own the outcome — not just the plan.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will coach and grow PMs,



but you'll also be in the details: shaping specs, unblocking delivery, and making sure commitments land on time. If you're looking for a purely strategic seat above the work, this isn't it.
Biorce builds AI-agentic products, and we build them with AI-agentic processes. You'll be expected to develop and continuously tune how our PMs work — what gets automated, where humans stay in the loop, and how the team ships faster than a traditional product org could.
A note on pace and hours. We are moving fast in a demanding market, and this role carries a high workload. It spans Barcelona and Austin, so you'll need to be reachable and responsive across both time zones — questions from either side shouldn't wait a day for an answer. We're upfront about this because it's better to know now than to find out in month three.
