About The Role

As a Duty Manager,



you’ll be an essential part of our leadership team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. Reporting to the site senior leadership team, your responsibilities include:

Managing front-of-house operations, including venue opening and closing, cash handling, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
Leading and coaching team members on Service Steps, setting them up to deliver top-notch guest service.
Handling guest needs and resolving escalations with professionalism and care.
Managing rosters effectively, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and ensuring compliance with OHS, food safety, and security standards.
Supporting inventory processes, recording stock movements accurately, and ensuring the cinema meets Village Cinemas’ high standards of presentation.
