Key Responsibilities




Execute high-volume outbound call campaigns to identify and qualify potential leads.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points.
Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for the senior sales team.
Manage and update the CRM meticulously to ensure seamless lead hand-off.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and appointments booked.
Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism.
Native or near-native fluency in German (written and verbal).
Full professional proficiency in English.
Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
Ability to handle high call volumes consistently without losing enthusiasm.
Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy pipeline.
