? Why is this role exciting?
As Customer Success Operations & Onboarding Specialist B2B, you will provide operational and administrative support throughout onboarding,



supporting platform configuration, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the customer journey.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with Account Managers, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Client Services to ensure that client accounts are accurately configured, data is migrated correctly, and operational requests are completed efficiently to get the most out of iWantGreatCare.
? What you'll do
Support client onboarding and platform setup, including organisations, journeys, users, alerts, tags, and platform configurations.
Maintain and update client information, review migrations, platform configurations, and data records.
Coordinate SMS communications with clients and monitor related performance metrics.
Create and manage client-facing materials such as business cards, posters, QR codes, and promotional assets.
Coordinate with external suppliers
