Jet2.com Limited is seeking a Passenger Service Agent in Lanzarote to deliver outstanding customer service at the airport. This 20-hour substitute contract includes pro-rated remuneration, additional pay for transport, weekends and holidays, and 45 days of pro-rated holiday.
You will greet customers on arrival, assist with check-in and boarding, and liaise across teams to resolve delays and disruptions while delivering friendly, helpful service in a fast-paced environment.
