We are looking for a Merchandiser to join a growing fashion brand based in Barcelona.Sitting at the intersection of Product and Commercial teams, this role will have a key impact across the full product lifecycle: from collection planning and pricing to buying, allocation and in-season performance.We are looking for someone highly analytical and comfortable working with numbers, but also with a strong commercial instinct and product sensitivity. Someone who can understand what is selling and why, identify opportunities within a collection, and translate data into clear product and buying decisions.Key responsibilitiesDefine the collection structure and product mix together with Product, based on historical performance, commercial objectives and market opportunities.Support the definition of the pricing strategy, balancing positioning, commercial potential and margin.Plan and execute buying quantities across the collection, using sales forecasts, historical data and channel needs.Define the initial allocation and distribution of stock across stores and e-commerce.Monitor weekly sales performance across products, categories and channels, identifying best sellers, underperformers and commercial opportunities.Analyse key merchandising KPIs including sales, sell-through, stock levels, margin and product performance.Recommend actions to optimise sales and stock throughout the season.Support decisions around markdowns,



promotions and seasonal discounts.Translate sales insights and customer behaviour into recommendations for future collections.Work closely with Product Managers, Product Development and the different commercial channels to ensure alignment between the collection and business needs.What we're looking forSolid professional experience in merchandising, buying, product planning or a similar product-oriented commercial role, ideally within fashion or retail.Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel and large amounts of commercial data.Previous exposure to buying, forecasting, stock planning and sales analysis.Strong commercial mindset combined with genuine product sensitivity and interest in fashion.Ability to move comfortably between numbers and product: understanding both what the data says and what may represent a commercial opportunity.Hands-on, proactive and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Product and Commercial teams.Fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.What you'll findA key role with visibility across both Product and Commercial teams.Broad ownership across the merchandising cycle, from collection planning through to in-season performance.The opportunity to have a tangible impact on product decisions, sales and profitability.A growing and evolving fashion company with an international footprint.
