Naboo is looking for a B2B Customer Support Agent intern to join our Operations team in Barcelona. This is a paid internship designed for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on exposure to B2B support, billing, and client operations inside a fast-growing tech company. You’ll work directly alongside the Head of Ops, handling real client interactions from day one — not watching from the sidelines.
What you’ll do
Deliver fast, accurate responses across all support channels to maintain high client satisfaction (email, chat, phone)
Manage B2B billing and invoicing: issue tracking, payment follow‑ups, credit notes, and reconciliation
Build trusted, long‑term relationships with clients and venue partners
Spot recurring issues, document root causes, and propose process improvements
Collaborate daily with Finance, Ops, and Product to elevate edge cases and close the feedback loop
What we’re looking for
Native‑level French and English (spoken and written) — non‑negotiable




Prior experience or strong interest in B2B customer support, account management, or a finance‑adjacent role
Strong attention to detail, especially around invoicing and numerical accuracy
Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and spreadsheets
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple open threads simultaneously
