Responsibilities
Provide customer support via inbound calls.
Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.




Assist customers with administrative and technical topics, including products, services, and billing.
Update customer information in internal systems.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Identify sales opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
German: C1/C2 proficiency (speaking, reading and writing)
English: B2 or higher.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
Must have valid work authorization in Bulgaria.
