What You Will Do
Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Danish and English
Assist with booking-related inquiries and account support
Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions
Escalate complex cases when required
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
Requirements




Danish communication skills required (C1 level or above)
Good English communication skills required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
