Responsibilities
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing subscription sales
Build and grow your own portfolio of customers within the Dutch market
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and other outreach channels
Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day
Qualify leads and identify new business opportunities
Deliver engaging online product demonstrations
Guide prospects through free trials
Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close new subscriptions
Ensure a smooth handover of new customers to the Customer Experience team
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline
Achieve and exceed KPIs related to:
Outbound activity
Calls completed
Product demonstrations
Trial-to-paid conversions
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

Requirements
Native or bilingual Dutch




Fluent English (spoken and written)
1–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in:
Account Executive
Business Development Representative (BDR)
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Telesales
Outbound Sales
Call Centre Sales
Previous cold-calling experience is essential
Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls every day
Proven ability to close sales and achieve ambitious targets
KPI-driven and results-oriented mindset
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience managing the full sales cycle is an advantage
Must already be legally residing in Spain
Flexibility to work in alignment with the US time zone when required
