What You’ll Do as an FP&A; Associate:
Seamlessly integrate new clients’ data and systems into the Abacum platform.
Craft best-in-class financial models to optimize and enhance clients’ existing processes.
Onboard, train, and support clients, transforming them into Abacum experts.
Provide impactful ad-hoc financial analysis to empower informed decision-making.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovative new features
You have…
+2 years of experience of FP&A;, broader Finance or consulting experience
The ability to dig deep into the data and think from first principles while delivering the best results
The desire to work in a client-facing role and the ability to communicate complexity in a simple way to multiple stakeholders
Experience in conducting analysis and problem-solving with Excel
A self-starter mindset with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and consider all stakeholder needs
Eagerness to learn fast and ability to adopt an ownership mentality
