Own the full Profit & Loss for the game, managing the budget, and designing a world-class commercial roadmap that helps us maximise revenue. Assemble and nurture the core Barcelona development team, cultivating a high-performance culture. Ensure state-of-the-art Live Operations when we get there,



including fun events, promotions, and content updates that drive daily player engagement and set a quality benchmark for the industry. Foster a data-informed team culture, using player behaviour insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts and guide all of our priorities. Lead big F2 P projects from the earliest prototype stage all the way into highly profitable Live Operations, ensuring brand consistency. Possess a holistic understanding of the current mobile games business—from product strategy and design to user acquisition and commercial scaling—to guide the big-picture development strategy. Demonstrate absolute mastery of the F2 P mobile landscape, preferably in football or sports games. Show proven track record of leading diverse, integral teams and excel at stakeholder management, building trust-based relationships and driving collaboration across organisations.
