Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service in Croatian via telephone, email, and chat support channels.

Requirements

Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.

Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and standard computer applications.

Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to relocate to Greece.
