Location: Marbella, SpainCompany: RAS Interim (HVAC Sector Client)Department: Warehouse & Store OperationsPosition Type: On-site | Full-time | Split ShiftsContract Type: Initial ETT Contract (Campaign reinforcement through end of September)Compensation: €20,000 gross per yearAbout the RoleThe RAS Interim team (Sant Boi branch) is selecting a dynamic Warehouse / Sales Assistant with a Forklift License for a leading client in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) sector located in Marbella.This role offers a hybrid work environment, splitting responsibilities between store customer service and warehouse logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service: Assist walk-in customers and provide quality service on the sales floor.Order Processing: Receive incoming orders, manage order picking, and prepare items for dispatch.Material Handling: Handle loading and unloading of goods using forklift machinery safely and efficiently.Hybrid Operations:



Maintain smooth workflow transition between store customer service and warehouse stock handling.Requirements & QualificationsCertification: Must hold a valid Forklift Operator License.Experience: Previous experience as a sales assistant or counter sales representative. Experience in the HVAC sector, hardware/ironmongery (ferretería), or industrial supply environments will be highly valued.Shift Availability: Full availability to work split shifts.Mobility: Ability to commute to the workplace in Marbella.Start Date: Immediate availability to start work.What We OfferSalary: Competitive compensation of €20,000 gross per year.Work Schedule: Full-time split schedule:Monday to Thursday: 08:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM – 6:00 PMFriday: 08:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 5:00 PMContract: ETT contract focused on campaign reinforcement until the end of September.Immediate Joining: Quick onboarding process for an immediate start.
