Are you an experienced HR and labor relations professional looking for an engaging position in Mallorca? A professional cleaning and environmental services company based in Palma is currently looking for a Labor Relations Specialist to strengthen its team. This full-time vacancy is specifically open to candidates with a certified degree of disability of at least 33% who are eager to bring their legal and administrative expertise to a dynamic organization.
Your main tasks include:
Managing employee registrations, contract amendments, holiday requests, leaves of absence, and medical or accident leaves.
Interpreting collective bargaining agreements and performing accurate severance and indemnity calculations.
Attending mediation sessions before the Balearic Labor Arbitration Tribunal.
Managing client platforms and coordinating documentation regarding occupational risk prevention (PRL).
Supervising and controlling equipment orders and company uniform management across various corporate branches.
To be considered for this position,



you should fulfill the following profile:
Official certificate of recognized disability of 33% or higher.
Higher Vocational Training (Cicle formatiu de grau superior) in a relevant area.
At least 24 months of practical work experience in labor relations or HR administration.
Good proficiency in the MS Office package and SAP.
Valid Category B driving licence and availability to travel inter-island to Ibiza and Menorca when needed.
What you can expect is a 12-month temporary employment contract with the possibility of extension. You will earn a gross annual salary of 26,557.59 EUR distributed across 14 monthly payments.
The working schedule runs full-time from Monday to Thursday between 8:00 and 17:00 with a 1-hour break, and on Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance on the island.
