As a Talent Coordinator and Sourcer Intern, you'll play a central role in delivering an efficient, organized, and engaging recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams. You'll partner closely with the Talent team to coordinate interviews, manage recruitment logistics, and support proactive sourcing of great talent across multiple channels. This role is idóneo for someone eager to learn, enjoys building relationships, and wants to kickstart their career in Talent Acquisition while getting hands-on exposure to recruiting within a fast-growing AI company.What you'll doSupport the coordination of interview, recruitment, offer, and onboarding processes, partnering closely with the Talent team and Hiring ManagersSchedule candidate interviews and manage related logistics across multiple stakeholdersHelp ensure candidates receive timely, clear, and professional communication throughout the recruitment processSupport with job creation, offer preparation,
