Responsibilities
Lead the transformation of cost to serve model across key markets
Dive deep into asset performance
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
Design and execute pilot initiatives testing new service models
Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, finance, and planning teams
Develop frameworks and playbooks for local markets to sustain improvements
Requirements
Strong combination of analytical capability and commercial acumen
Experience with Salesforce and SAP
Commercial or product management background within healthcare industry
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
Experience translating complex data into clear business insights
Ability to manage projects in cross functional environments
Excellent communication and influencing skills, fluency in English
