Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis and evaluate investment opportunities
Coordinate due diligence processes
Support execution of M&A; transactions
Contribute to structuring M&A; processes
Requirements
Master’s degree in corporate finance
At least 3 years of successful experience in investment banking or IPP investment team
Solid expertise in financial analysis and modelling
Good knowledge of financial markets and renewable energy sector
Proficient in reporting tools and methods
Advanced Excel skills
Fluency in English
