Provide remote and on-site technical support for RF devices and systems, body scanners, and frequency amplifiers, including: Remote incident management and Troubleshooting. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. Perform installation, configuration, commissioning and training of QPS and BBA. Support Warranty and SLA compliance.
Delivering advanced technical support for body scanners and amplifier systems, including in-depth diagnostics and coordination/escalation with specialized engineering teams for complex resolutions.
Collaboration with international R&S; locations as required.
Training on new devices and technical service methods.
