Responsibilities
Own external events from start to finish, including logistics and booth management
Drive pre-event meeting campaigns ahead of every trade show
Plan, coordinate, and promote webinars for lead generation
Bring sites to life through internal team activities and celebrations
Manage ordering and stock of merchandise and booth materials
Requirements
Proven experience in event project management, ideally in a B2B, scientific, or healthcare environment
Strong project management skills
Solution-oriented, "make-it-work" mindset
Curious about AI and comfortable using AI tools
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Willing and able to travel for events across European and US sites
Organized, detail-driven, and a natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, international team
