A TIA Oracle Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing database solutions within the TIA (The Insurance Application) platform. The focus is on designing efficient Oracle database structures, developing PL/SQL functionality and supporting business processes within the insurance environment.The developer works closely with Product Owners, business analysts and other IT teams to translate functional requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions within TIA.Core ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and maintaining Oracle database components within TIAWriting and optimizing PL/SQL code (packages, procedures, triggers)Analyzing and solving performance issues within databasesSupport with data migrations (e.g. legacy → TIA)Designing data models to match insurance products (policy, non-life, premium)Performing impact analyses in the event of changes in data or processesCollaborate with DevOps teams in CI/CD pipelinesSupporting test processes (unit, SIT, UAT)Monitoring data quality and integrityRequired SkillsTechnicalStrong knowledge of Oracle DatabaseExtensive experience with PL/SQLKnowledge of SQL tuning & performance optimizationExperience with data integrations (e.g. via APIs,
