Account Manager – French Market
At Factorial we’re looking for an Account Manager to help us boost the company to the next level.

Responsibilities

Build, engage and develop top‑quality relationships with our enterprise customers through regular communication and proactive improvement action plans.

Manage your own customer portfolio, keep its information updated daily, and build tracking reports of account status.

Maintain constant contact with existing clients to understand their requirements and needs, expectations, and strategize a personalized sales plan.

Provide after‑sales support, cross‑selling, up‑selling and churn management while ensuring a strong, long‑term, transparent and trustworthy relationship.

Ensure prompt and accurate answers to all client queries by offering personalized feedback.

Promote and explain new products, services and functionalities to existing customers.

Collaborate with different teams—especially sales, product, and development—and serve as their main contact person, providing valuable feedback.





Hold regular meetings through video calls with all clients to generate engagement and show product updates that fit their use cases.

Qualifications

French native speaker and professional in English.

Previous customer‑oriented experience; sales, customer satisfaction, or similar roles highly valued.

Enjoys making things easier for customers and colleagues and smoothing out roadblocks.

Ambitious, self‑motivated, energetic, positive thinker with a team orientation.

Committed, organized, proactive problem‑solving skills and a love for helping people.

Strong organizational skills with extensive use of CRM tools and portfolio management.

Decisive and fearless at picking up the phone to support clients.

Ready to work in a fast‑paced, less corporate, startup environment.

Eager to take ownership of the company and share improvement points in a culture of change.
