influencing performance, and owning your first commercial responsibilities. This stage develops your leadership stance, building trust, driving results, and bringing out the best in the people around you. You’ll take on:Team coordination & daily planningDeveloping the performance of your colleaguesOperational excellence and customer satisfactionOwnership of a key subdivision, ensuring day to day performanceMonths 7-12 | Drive the BusinessIn your final rotation, on top of maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor as an assistant manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to influence commercial decisions and operational strategy.
