Are you looking for a new professional challenge and are you interested in financial sector?Join our HR team in Spain as Senior Labor Relations Consultant to cover a 1 year temporary position.We are offering a direct contract with us, competitive remuneration (up to 70.000 € gross annual salary depending on candidate’s experience and profile) and a full package of social benefits.What You Will DoProvide guidance and support on all HR operational topics related to the full employee life cycle; from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff on employee relationsProvide legal advice on employment agreements, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary matters, and represent the company in court proceedings when necessaryMonitor updates to local labor laws and SIX regulations, ensure timely adjustments to local HR policies, and verify their compliance with the latest standardsAct as one of the points of contact for union representatives and manage collective bargaining processes and negotiate agreements, CBA, resolve disputes,
and ensure adherence to Union agreementsBuild and maintain effective relationships with Unions to promote mutual understanding and alignment with organizational goalsHandle inspections and requirements from labor authorities, Social Security, Tax Agency, and other authoritiesLead HR initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement, and organizational change management, working closely with HR teams at both local and global levels and contribute to different HR projectsWhat You BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Labor Law, Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in HR consulting or personnel management, with at least 3 years in a senior capacityExtensive knowledge of Spanish labor laws, regulations, and employment standardsProven experience managing union relationships, including collective bargaining and conflict resolutionAbility to navigate in an international and integral matrix organizationStrong problem-solving and adaptability, negotiation, and communication skillsFluency in English and Spanish, any other language is a plusWhat We OfferHybrid model up to 40% working from home37,5 hours/week with flexible schedule and 29+2 holidaysDaily meal allowanceAdditional Medical Insurance for employee and familyPension fundAccess to technical and language learning platformsFree parking spots, charger spots and shuttle bus (only for Las Rozas - Madrid location)
