We are looking for an experienced account manager and sales representative to take full responsibility for client accounts (direct sales and B2B). Candidates need to be based in Mallorca, Spain.

Position includes (but not limited to) the following responsibilities:

- Daily proactive account and lead management (Communicating mainly with existing, but also with new clients).
- Sourcing of sales opportunities through outbound sales (sourcing new leads from CRM system), and inbound lead-follow up.
- Comprehensive database management.
- Development of strategic sales approach with potential clients
- Strategic Business Development and maintaining existing client relations.
- Ongoing sales support (liaising with senior account manager and direct sales representatives).
- Negotiation,



closing sales and achieving of monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Events, meetings and trade shows, if required, depending on location. (Travel to yachting hubs in Mediterranean, South Florida, Caribbean, ... to be discussed).
- Other administrative tasks as required, doe.

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills (comfortably communicates with high profile clients).
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong business-oriented mindset and a talent for negotiation.
- Be able and willing to occasionally travel within the EU and to the US (Florida), if required
