Payflow is a B2B2C company. Our clients are companies, but the real success of our product depends on the engagement of the employees who use it every day.

Even if a company is happy with Payflow, we need employees to:

- ? Download and activate the app
- ? Use Salary on Demand when they need it
- ✨ Discover and engage with our features
- ? Use our Flexible Benefits card as much as possible

This position is critical for product adoption and engagement. Your work will directly impact app activations, recurring usage, and Flexible Benefits card usage.

? What you’ll do

? Manage and optimize our CRM / engagement platform (segmentation, automations, triggers)





? Design activation and engagement journeys to increase app adoption and card usage

? Create communication assets (emailings, banners, landing pages, web materials, videos, etc.)

? Write and design newsletters

? Manage Payflow’s social media channels

? Organize and execute webinars and activation events

? Monitor campaign performance and propose improvements based on data and user behavior

? Suggest new ideas to improve communication, activation, engagement, and Adaptable Benefits usage

✅ What we’re looking for

? Recently graduated (0-1 year of experience)

? Previous internships are a strong plus

? Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Design, or related fields

?? Full Spanish proficiency is a MUST

?? Good level of English (materials, tools, and platforms) is a plus

? Based in Madrid (mandatory)

? Office-only / Work From Office

? Full-time employment only

?️ Fast learner with digital tools (CRM, email marketing platforms, editors, etc.)

? Creative profile with strong visual and brand sensitivity

? Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel

? Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn
