Partner Sales Account Executive – Italian Market

What you’ll do

Identify, evaluate, and nurture client opportunities coming from partners by strategizing and qualifying the best leads while ensuring a seamless partner experience throughout the collaboration cycle.
Build and strengthen relationships with prospective partners, engaging with key stakeholders across various departments to align on mutual goals and opportunities.
Develop creative and impactful partnership strategies and account plans to exceed growth objectives and strengthen long‑term collaboration.
Frequency on‑site visits to our partners throughout the Northeast Italy region.
Engage with senior executives (C‑Suite and VP‑level) to establish high‑level meetings, present tailored solutions, and negotiate win‑win agreements that drive business success.
Utilize consultative and collaborative approaches to guide potential partners through their decision‑making process, providing insights and creative solutions tailored to their unique needs.




Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership—to align strategies and ensure mutual success in partnership initiatives.
Provide accurate forecasting and activity reporting to track partnership progress and revenue contribution.
Support the Italian market expansion by identifying new partnership opportunities, understanding the local landscape, and positioning Factorial as the go‑to solution for HR software.
What we’re looking for

Proficient level of Italian and professional English.
3–5 years of sales experience as an Account Executive.
Negotiation and deal‑closing expertise: proven track record in negotiating, managing, and successfully closing deals.
Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
