We are looking for a hands‑on
AI Product Engineer
who can design, build, and scale AI‑powered products and systems that teams use every day. This role combines software engineering,
product thinking, technical leadership, and cross-team collaboration to accelerate how we build games and operate as a company. It also includes direct management of a web developer focused on AI‑enabled internal tools.
This role reports directly to the
CTO
and involves close daily collaboration with many stakeholders including teams of
Game Tech, Data, Product and Web.
Your future responsibilities and scope:
Lead the design and implementation of AI‑powered systems across the company
Build and maintain internal AI platforms, assistants, and automation tools
Integrate LLMs and AI capabilities into internal workflows and products
Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Product, and Operations teams to identify high‑impact AI opportunities
Drive AI adoption and best practices across teams
Develop scalable AI architectures, APIs, and orchestration systems
Improve developer productivity
