The Role: Chief Operating Officer As COO, you turn ambition into predictable execution. This is a full-stack operating role across project delivery,



renovation execution, financial control, compliance, investor success, tenant experience and team performance. You work on the organisation as much as in the organisation: building structure, installing rhythm, clarifying ownership and making sure the company scales through systems, not chaos. You will have the mandate to professionalise the operating model, build and lead the team, and make execution decisions across projects, operations and reporting.
