You're also comfortable using digital tools and technology to improve efficiency and create a seamless delegate experience.What you’ll be doingIn this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients.Manage the full delegate journey, including registration, communications, travel booking and attendee supportBuild and maintain event databases in Cvent, ensuring participant information is accurate and up to date at all timesCreate and manage delegate communications, including invitations, reminders,



follow-ups and final confirmationsCoordinate travel arrangements and propose suitable itineraries while ensuring compliance with client requirements and healthcare regulationsProvide regular progress updates to internal teams and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleSupport event delivery on-site when required and maintain accurate attendance and reporting data after the eventWhat you’ll bring(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)Experience & skills3+ years of experience in delegate management, travel coordination, participant management or a similar rolePrevious experience working within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare events industryStrong hands-on experience with Cvent, including event builds, registration management and reportingExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data management toolsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain exceptional attention to detailStrong customer service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skillsFluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.How we work at eggThings move fast here.
