What You Will Do
You’ll help shape and manage the portfolio of strategic initiatives that brings the Neurovascular EMEA commercial strategy to life.
Working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, you’ll bring discipline, transparency and insight to our highest-priority initiatives, helping to deliver measurable business impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
Translating strategic priorities into a clear portfolio of initiativesPrioritising projects based on business value, capacity and strategic importanceManaging multiple cross-functional strategic projects simultaneouslyIdentifying dependencies, risks and opportunities across initiativesSupporting governance, executive reporting and portfolio dashboardsApplying structured problem‑solving approaches to support strategic decision‑makingPartnering with commercial leaders to develop business cases and strategic analysesConducting market,



customer and competitive analyses to generate actionable insightsEnsuring initiatives remain aligned with the long‑term strategic direction of the Neurovascular business
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with outstanding execution.
You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders and bringing structure to complex business challenges.
You’ll likely have experience in one of the following environments:
Management consultingCorporate StrategyBusiness StrategyStrategic TransformationBusiness DevelopmentCommercial Excellence
Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or another highly regulated industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, market intelligence or a related fieldBachelor’s degreeExperience supporting or leading strategic programmes, transformation initiatives or insight‑led projectsStrong project and portfolio management skillsExceptional analytical and problem‑solving capabilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging senior leadersExperience influencing across matrix organisationsCommercial acumen and the ability to simplify complex business problemsA proactive, ownership‑driven mindset
Preferred Experience
Experience working across international or regional organisationsExposure to healthcare,



medical technology or pharmaceuticals; Neurovascular experience is an advantageExperience developing business cases, market analyses and strategic recommendations
Travel
Up to 30% across EMEA.

Netherlands: €65.100 - €121.000 EUR Annual
Spain Pay Ranges:
Spain: €56.200 - €93.700 EUR Annual
United Kingdom Pay Ranges:
United Kingdom: £54,300 - £90,500 GBP Annual
