Our approach to service is professional but genuine: we want our guests to feel welcome, comfortable and looked after without making hospitality feel formal or forced.Your roleWelcoming and taking care of our guests throughout their experience at AlmaTaking orders and providing friendly, knowledgeable serviceServing food, wine and drinksPreparing and maintaining the restaurant for serviceWorking closely with the bar and kitchen teamsKeeping your section organised and running smoothlyHelping the team wherever needed during busy servicesAlma is a relatively small restaurant, so teamwork and flexibility are essential. We don’t believe in “that’s not my job” — when service gets busy, we help each other.We’re building a strong team for the long term and are looking for people who want to be part of that journey.RequisitosWe are looking for positive, reliable and outgoing people who genuinely enjoy working with others. Previous hospitality experience is valued, but it is not essential. For us, attitude,
