following up on improvement action planInspector Gauge R&R; evaluation and inspector trainingWhich qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?Technical education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification).Proven professional experience in quality management within the automotive industry.Experience in customer quality management and direct communication with OEMs and Tier 1 customers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to root cause analysis.Good knowledge of automotive quality management tools and methodologies, e.g. VDA 6.3, 8D, FMEA, Poka-Yoke, Ishikawa, 5 Why.Fluent English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.High willingness to travel (approximately 70%).Adient is committed to equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
