Manufacturing plays a key role in driving performance, innovation, and collaboration across global sites.This position is located on-site in Estella-Lizarre, Navarra, Spain.In this role you willbe responsible for:Leading and coordinating engineering and maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operationsManaging and developing the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementLeading or supporting technical projects, hazard analyses,



and incident investigationsPlanning and executing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, including shutdowns, to minimize downtimeEnsuring compliance with safety, environmental, legal, and Kemira EHSQ standardsOverseeing spare parts, site stores, and contractor services for availability and cost efficiencyMaintaining equipment reliability andaccurateuse of SAP and site monitoring systemsActing as Site Responsible Engineer, ensuring integrity of process equipment and facilitiesSupporting production operations and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve plant issues and achieve business targetsEnsuring proper functionality of the DCS process control system and compliance with cybersecurity requirementsWhatyou’llbring to the team:Bachelor’s degree orengineeringin Mechanical,Robotics,Chemicalorother technical disciplinesExperience in engineering and maintenance within a manufacturing environmentTeam leadership and people development skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and operational excellenceCollaborative approach, supporting Kemira’s principles: Focus on Growth, Deliver Value,
