Join us to shape the future of our partnerships and make a lasting impact!This role isn’t just about building relationships – it’s about strategically developing partnerships, driving growth, and ensuring partners thrive with Factorial.What You’ll Be DoingPartner Development & Strategy: Identify, develop, and activate strategic partners across the DACH region.Assess the value of partnerships and create business cases demonstrating revenue potential and strategic fit.Build long-term relationships with partners based on trust and mutual success.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partner success.Capture partner insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.Drive Long-term Impact: Lay the foundation for growth and monetization within the DACH partner ecosystem.Continuously optimize processes and programs to maximize partner success and adoption.You’ll Be a Great Fit If YouAre fluent in German and proficient in English.Have a builder or entrepreneurial mindset,
