Quality Assurance Test Engineer
Location: Madrid, Spain
Hybrid / 3 days a week from office.
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain test plans aligned to release strategy and calendar.
Provide and monitor required test resources (personnel, methods, processes, and tools).
Analyze, test, and evaluate user requirements, specifications, and models in terms of testability. Create test specifications based on a detailed technical analysis of both functional and non-functional requirements (reliability, efficiency, usability, etc.).
Set up the test environment and required test data.
Analyze the product risk to determine the test depth and identify residual risks.
Conduct and document tests in alignment with the specified test cases, identifying, analyzing, describing, and isolating errors.
Provide test reports and evidence to key stakeholders.

Proven experience as a test engineer.
Familiarity with testing and automation tools, e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca.
