SPONSORSHIP MANAGER (F/M/X)You’re passionate about bringing sponsorship activations to life and making sure every brand opportunity is delivered seamlessly. Highly organized and detail-focused, you enjoy coordinating with sales, creative teams, suppliers, and onsite operations to turn sponsorship commitments into flawless event execution.Your responsibilities:Manage the Beyond Your Booth (BYB) sponsorship inventory, keeping records accurate, monitoring availability, and aligning updates with the Sales teamCoordinate artwork specifications, approvals, production timelines, and delivery for sponsorship products, including banners, wraps, floor decals, and other branding assetsLiaise with internal teams, suppliers, and production partners to ensure sponsorship deliverables are produced and installed on time and to the required quality standardsPartner with the Sales, Sponsorship,
