PMO – Digital Industrial & QA Solutions | Pharmaceutical IndustryWe are seeking an experienced PMO – Digital Industrial & QA Solutions to support strategic digital transformation initiatives within a leading pharmaceutical organization.This role will play a key part in the successful delivery of critical Manufacturing, Laboratory, and Quality Systems projects, working cross-functionally with QA, QC, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport governance, planning, and execution of strategic projectsTrack project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependenciesManage risks, issues, and change requestsPrepare Steering Committee materials and project status reportsMonitor KPIs, budgets, resource allocation, and project progressCoordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external vendorsEnsure compliance with GxP requirements, validation processes,



and audit expectationsMaintain project documentation and governance standardsDesired ExperiencePMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industryStrong understanding of GxP-regulated environmentsKnowledge of Manufacturing, Laboratory, or Quality SystemsExperience with governance, reporting, and stakeholder managementExcellent communication and organizational skillsPreferred Systems ExperiencePAS-X (MES)LIMS / LESLabWareQuality and Manufacturing digital platformsIdeal CandidateYou are a proactive and detail-oriented PMO professional who thrives in complex, regulated environments and enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
