Key Responsibilities
Repairing and mounting tyres for a wide variety of vehicles, including passenger cars, commercial motorcoaches, agricultural machinery, and heavy industrial vehicles.
Inspecting tyre tread, wear patterns, and overall wheel health to ensure safety standards are fully met.
Operating technical tools and equipment safely within the workshop environment.
Utilizing basic user-level computer skills to manage everyday operational tasks and job logs.
Qualifications
Previous knowledge or professional work experience in tyre fitting, tyre repair,



or general automotive mechanics.
Solid user-level computer literacy to handle basic modern workshop software and daily documentation.
High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to handle diverse vehicle types efficiently.
Flexibility to adapt to rotating shift schedules throughout the working week.
What we offer
An initial 3-month temporary contract with a real potential for renewal and future salary increases.
A starting salary of 21,500 EUR gross per year, which is subject to review based on performance and growth.
Working hours on rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, taking place between 08:00 and 19:00.
Work on alternating Saturdays, which are fully compensable.
Convenient working location situated in Polígono Industrial de Marratxí.
