Job Description
The individual in this position will act as an integral resource in executing short term and/or long-term projects across EMEAC (Europe, Middle East, Africa & Canada). These projects will involve day-to-day interaction with the Indirect Procurement Team and key business stakeholders, exposing the intern to sourcing practice, supplier communications, data collection and analysis, and project implementation across a cross‑functional organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support to manage and lead data gathering and analysis for supplier spend data and payment terms
Act as business support for day‑to‑day business assistance per commodity area
Support existing projects/systems where compliance is necessary
Support Country Managers with market research for new suppliers and/or services and end‑to‑end competitive processes (RFP, RFQ, RFI)
Support to operate agile and effective commercial processes,



including presenting cost analysis, negotiating commercial deals, identifying key areas of risk, and supporting contract execution
Skills & Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management with audiences such as leadership, peers, management, and suppliers
Understanding of procurement/sourcing methodology
PowerBI knowledge ideally
Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
Achieved or studying towards a Bachelor’s Degree
Quick thinker/learner, proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
Good organizational and communication skills
