ResponsibilitiesLead a portfolio of strategic and operational projects across the Risk business from scoping through execution and closeBuild and maintain clear project plans, timelines, governance structures, RAID logs, decision trackers, and stakeholder updatesCoordinate complex initiatives across multiple workstreams, dependencies, priorities, and operating rhythmsIdentify risks, bottlenecks, and decisions early, and work with the right stakeholders to keep delivery on trackDrive strong follow-through on actions, decisions, and deliverables, especially where ownership is shared across teamsAct as a connective layer across the Risk business to align priorities, timelines, handoffs, and execution expectationsPartner effectively with Product, Proposition, Data, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Customer Service, Communities, Operations, and other teams to surface and manage dependencies earlyBring clarity and structure to high-visibility initiatives involving senior stakeholders and competing prioritiesPrepare concise, executive-ready updates that clearly communicate progress, risks, decisions, and next stepsSupport go-to-market planning and launch coordination to ensure key initiatives are commercially, operationally, and internally ready before launchTrack launch-related risks and dependencies, escalating issues early and supporting cross-functional resolutionBuild and program-manage a competitor intelligence program for the Risk team, including operating rhythms, insight capture, and stakeholder outputsImprove processes, governance, planning cycles, and ways of working to support scale, growth,
