Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant (m/f/d)
Join our Spanish team as a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant – Delinea / CyberArk / Safeguard (One Identity) (m/f/d). The role can be performed on‑site in Madrid or Barcelona or remotely within Spain.
This role involves working closely with IT operations and infrastructure teams, participating in project implementations, asset onboarding, troubleshooting, and optimizing access management models.
Responsibilities
Implement PAM solutions (e.g., Delinea, CyberArk, One Identity Safeguard, or similar platforms).
Onboard assets such as Windows and Linux servers, network devices, storage systems, and cloud resources into the PAM platform.
Collaborate with IT operations teams to ensure efficient integration of PAM solutions.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to credentials and secrets in collaboration with system and infrastructure engineers.
Analyze existing access models and design strategies for onboarding them into the PAM platform.
Support proof‑of‑concept implementations and optimize PAM configurations.
Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience implementing PAM solutions in corporate and regulated environments.
Hands‑on experience with at least one major PAM platform (e.g.,



Delinea, CyberArk, One Identity Safeguard) or similar security tools.
Strong knowledge of on‑premise infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Linux/Unix, network devices, VMware, NAS storage, HTTPS.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
Knowledge of systems engineering and integrations, including scripting and automation for troubleshooting.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
PAM certification from Delinea, CyberArk, or Safeguard (OneIdentity) is a plus.
