OverviewAs a consultant at Arthur D. Little you will take ownership for the delivery of important parts of the assignment under coordination and supervision of your case manager.The consultant’s role includes:Taking front-to-end accountability for a number of business-analysis projects, which you structure and complete with minor senior guidanceBuilding compelling presentations conveying key messages in a clear wayPresenting your recommendations with poise and confidence to senior audiencesAssisting other members of the team to ensure successful deliveryInteracting with customers during workshops and interviewsNext to that, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the office by taking on a role in the internal office organization.ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will assume the following key responsibilities:Management of challenging situations and resolution of client issues through the development of valuable and implementable recommendationsExecution of quantitative and qualitative analyses,



assembly and in-depth analysis from both primary and secondary sourcesArticulate and concise communication with general management leaders and preparation of effective summariesPlanning, execution and completion of final deliverables independentlyCoach junior team members and support the office operations leading or participating on internal projectsQualificationsApplicants should have these qualifications:Bachelor studies (Engineering/Economics preferred) and a strong academic achievement – degree should be awarded from a leading schoolA minimum of four (4) years of combined work experience in management consulting & industryOutstanding academic achievement from top-tier universities. MBA from a reputable business school preferredDemonstrated ability to lead teams to solve problems under pressure in a demanding environmentExperience in devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, market research and performing primary & secondary researchExceptional problem-solving skills, broad industry knowledge and sharp business acumenExcellent level of English and Spanish is essential – other languages are also desirable
